Service policy

I cut grass at houses only, in Edmonton, Beaumont, and Leduc. I do not take businesses, parking lots, or plazas. A grass plan is its own booking.

What a cut includes

A cut is the front lawn, the back lawn, or both. One-time starting prices are $40.00 for the front, $45.00 for the back, and $70.00 for front and back together. Front and back together costs less than booking each side alone. Prices may vary with the actual lawn size.

Weekly is 4 cuts in one calendar month, about once a week, billed at a lower rate per cut than one time: $136.00 for the front, $152.00 for the back, and $240.00 for front and back. Biweekly is 2 cuts in one calendar month, about every two weeks: $74.00 for the front, $82.00 for the back, and $128.00 for front and back.

Timing

A one-time cut happens when you request it and the route has room. A weekly or biweekly plan is those cuts during the calendar month on the invoice. The confirmed booking names a date when one is set.

I always attempt a booked cut. If roads are closed, I am ill, equipment fails, or the property cannot be reached safely, I try to contract that portion out. You are not charged extra when someone else does that portion. If it is not contracted out, I refund the published rate for the part that was not cut.

Tell me about gates, pets, and anything on the lawn I should avoid. I take an after photo on a completed job so the invoice can show the work. A photo is shown on the public site only with your consent.
